What are your shipping charges?

• D&A Nutrition exclusively utilizes UPS for shipping all of our products.

What if my package is damaged?

1. D&A Nutrition must be notified immediately to ensure replacement or credit on your account for the product.
2. Keep the damaged product in its original box with the packing material.
3. Contact D&A Nutrition with the invoice number and product name.
4. D&A Nutrition will notify UPS.
5. UPS will pick up the damaged product and return it to D&A Nutrition.

What if i didn't get what I ordered?

• Because of our double check packing system, we have a minimum amount of errors.
• On the occasion of a shortage, please thoroughly inspect the box a second time for the product(s).
• If the product(s) still cannot be found, or if any other problems exist, contact our office within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment to ensure replacement or credit on your account for the product.

What if I want to return your product?

• Returns must be received at D&A Nutrition within 30 days of original purchase.
• A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued for all returns.
• Shipping charges must be repaid by the customer - sorry no cash on delivery for returns (please insure your package).
• A 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged on all returns.
• Returned merchandise must be unopened and not marked in any manner.
• Closed-out and discontinued items may not be returned.
• No Cash Refunds
